General Information

Q.  How can I get a price?

A.  We provide pricing by fax or email.  We need to know the following:

  1. What size do you need? (overall...left to right and top to bottom, inches only)
  2. What type of stamp or sign are you interested in?  (stamp:  regular, self-inking, pre-inked; sign:  metal, coroplast, banner)
  3. Do you have a specific need or requirement that you are trying to meet with the use of the product you need from us?  **Please be specific** (Are you stamping on glossy paper?  Are you stamping thousands of documents?   Is your banner for a trade show?)

Q. How can I place an order?

A. We prefer to receive orders via fax or email.  We have on-line order forms for stamps and corporate minute book kits.  We will not process your order until we have received your approval on the pricing and received your credit card information.  Order forms can be found by clicking on these links:  [Stamps] [Corporate Packages] [Corporate Seals] [Professional Engineers Seal or any Embosser] We will add more order forms soon.

Q. How long before my order ships?

A. Most stamp and minute books orders ship within 24 hours.  Signage orders may take up to 72 hours.  You will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail or phone with your shipping date.

Q.  Can I have my logo or artwork made into a stamp or put on a sign?

A.  Yes...we are able to reproduce black & white, camera ready artwork for a stamp or sign.  In either case, we prefer to see the artwork prior to providing pricing information.  For pricing purposes, you can fax or email the artwork to us with a description of what you would like.

Q.  What does "camera ready artwork" mean?

A.  Camera ready is a phrase used primarily in the printing industry meaning a black and white, clean, clear image that will usually reproduce very well.

Q.  What if I am not happy with my order?

A.  Please let us know and we will do whatever it takes to make you HAPPY...

Stamps:

Q. How can I order a stamp?

A. There is an order form (click here) for the standard stamp, due to the nature of our business this form may not work for all orders.  Requests can be made via fax, phone or e-mail.

Self-Inking Stamps:

Q. What is the difference between self-inking and pre-inked rubber stamps?

A. Self-inking stamps have an ink pad built into their unit.  The rubber die is mounted onto the die plate and the die plate flips up to hit the pad.  A pre-inked stamp has ink infused into the die itself in the manufacturing process.

Pre-Inked Stamps:

Q. Can pre-inked stamps be re-inked?

A. Our pre-inked stamp ("StampRite")  can be re-inked with StampRite ink.  To re-ink: turn the stamp upside down so that you can  see the die (text, lettering, etc).  Place a few drops of ink just to cover the letters and let the stamp sit until the ink is absorbed.

Q. How many impressions will a pre-inked ("StampRite") stamp make?

A. The material itself has been tested to make in excess of 100,000 impressions.  As far as an inked stamp is concerned, the actual number of impressions depends on how hard you stamp the stamp, what you are stamping on & temperature -  a warm environment allows more ink to flow out of the stamp.
